Rhubarb Timperley Early Crowns

The best variety for the earliest outdoor crops. It is often ready for picking from February onwards - and can be even earlier if you can force it. Timperley Early produces long, thick, red based stalks, which will become pink and very tender when forced. This is a real delight for so early in the year and it has a very good flavour too.
